Rustic yet sophisticated, this camp has a warmth to it that make you feel at home and part of the family. All ten of the tented suites feature shaded private veranda’s that look out over the river frontage. Big day beds make this the perfect place to while away the afternoon. The interiors combine hues of wildebeest grey with accents of natural stone and bone, and stone shower towers are open to the sun and stars. Intimate guest areas include open-fronted sitting and dining areas, as well as a domed bar, all adorned with glass pendants and whimsical touches

. Spacious decks are perfect for enjoying sundowners overlooking the river and the camp’s rim-flow swimming pool provides a view of the seasonal hippo pools below. Meals can be enjoyed in a variety of dining areas and traditional fires known as jikos produce mouth-watering aromas. The sounds of the African night provides a gentle backdrop to tales of the day’s safaris. Game drives from the camp can expect to encounter large lion prides and clans of hyena, big herds of resident plains game and black and white colobus monkeys, found nowhere else in the Serengeti.
