Richard's Forest Camp Overview

Located in the Ol Choro Conservancy in the Masai Mara, Richard's Forest Camp is the original of the Richard's camps, offering an intimate safari experience off the beaten path, with great game and resident big cats lurking nearby. Like its sister property, Richard's River Camp, the camp has a warm history behind it, with Richard and his family brought up in the Maasai Mara, as well as playing an integral part of conservation projects in Kenya today.

ACCOMMODATION

Richard's Forest Camp has 8 tents tucked away along the forest, each looking out onto the Mara plains. The location and space in the camp allows for a range of places to relax and dine, including the cozy lounge with a roaring log fire, a beautiful indoor dining area and plenty of space for alfresco dining under the Kenyan skies.
