Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, you will be met by your driver and transferred to Kahawa House in Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay. You will settle in your accommodation and start your safari in the next day early in the morning to Tarangire National Park.
A homely lodge situated in a suburban area in northern Tanzania, Kahawa House is located in Arusha,only 6 km southwest of the center of the town. This premium accommodation provides convenient access to Arusha Domestic Airport and is an ideal rest stop for visitors traveling to and from the Arusha National Park. This lovely park boasts the largest concentrations of elephants in the world and the highest number of breeding bird species. Especially during the dry season, Tarangire National Park is packed with wildlife. Big cats like lions, cheetahs, and leopards, but also the seldom-seen Kudu, Oryx, and Gerenuk.
