Predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs are also present.

Cultural Encounters: Visit the local Karamojong and Ik communities to learn about their unique cultures, traditions, and way of life. This can include tours of traditional homesteads (manyattas) and cultural dance performances.
Kanangorok Hot Springs: Visit these tepid natural springs located near the South Sudanese border, which offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
Best Time to Visit The best time for game viewing is during the dry season (December–March and June–September) when animals gather at limited water sources, making them easier to spot and the vegetation less dense. The wet season (April–May and October–November) offers lush green landscapes and is ideal for bird watching.
